"Elevators and carpeted areas were disgusting with stains, food and dead bugs on them. Bed sheets had stains on them. The pool was closed because of a pump issue and that was pretty much the only attractive amenity they had to offer. Staff was not rude but not exactly friendly either. Breakfast was ..."
