Beautiful hotel ,location perfect with many restaurants to choose from and coffee shop right next door,so loved the fact that after a day out we relaxed with a coffee seated outside next to hotel .a door in the hotel lead us through into the 8th floor shopping mall , a wow factor . They would not help me to get a shuttle, and in fact, they put another group in the shuttle before me when I had been waiting. I found the place kind of dirty. ..."
