"I had a wonderful evening, the owner was a lovely lady who engaged me in great conversation an even drove me to the local town to purchase food as i had arrived quite late in the evening. The room was very spacious with a lovely little balcony that i chilled on while eating my food. The bed was very comfortable and i slept great all night, i was even impressed by the very generous selection of Teas, Hot Chocolates and coffee. "The property was dirty. Dog hairs on sofa dirty and sticky floors. Hob filty microwave plate grease air fryer rusty and dirty no stoppers for sinks. Bathroom sink outlet broken. When it was repaired it leaked. Reported it again got no reply. People entering the property without prior notice. Rooms very small. Also hidden cost hot tub. Over all property could do with a deep clean. "

"Minnies cottage is in the middle of very beautiful farmland, it's close to Killeavy Castle, walking distance to a nice little pub called Johnny Murphy's and a small grocery store. The hosts and the property is warm and inviting. There were 4 of us and there was lots of room, 3 couches. The owners take pride in their property, it's very well built, beautiful and clean. Highly recommend this property if you just want a couple of days in the country or are attending a wedding at the castle."
