The bedrooms cater to various sleeping preferences – one featuring a queen bed for a luxurious night`s rest and the other equipped with a twin bunk and a comfortable double futon, ideal for families or friends traveling together. Please note: The condo is doing work on the roof scheduled to end mid-nov 2024. The entrance is now by the top portion of the building, between building 1 and 3. You will need to be able to use stairs to enter. The patio is not available while the roof work is ongoing.
-Renters agree to hold harmless owner and manager for use of bunk bed.
-No smoking or vaping inside. There is $500 extra cleaning fee if there is smoking or vaping in the unit.
