Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great weekend with the family, however I was a little concerned with the condition of my unit (Note 201 and 202 are my home units for week 52 each year, so I was exceptionally concerned about the following) 1. - The queen mattress was terrible. I know we were charged for new mattresses just a year or 2 ago, so I either mine was not replaced or it was of a quality that couldn't hold up for 2 years. 2. - The TV in the bedroom did not work, only snow and unable to change inputs. 3. - Fireplace only worked intermittently, and I must say the electric fireplaces are nothing like the gas ones we used to have. Even when they work, its pretty cheesy. 4. - The bathtub doesn't drain well. After a 5 minute shower I was up to my ankles in water. 6. - The tiles in the kitchen are all popping up. 7. - The slider to the deck needs new sliders, it was falling off the track when opening the door... This was not intended to be a complaint, but more of a heads up that as an owner I really care about Cedarbrook and want everyone who goes there to have a great time. I think addressing these items above will ensure occupants of unit 202 will have a much more enjoyable experience. On a positive note, the unit was very clean and the staff was absolutely amazing!

Working Weekend Get-away

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The management staff were very personable and easy to work with regarding our reservation. The location was easy to find using GPS and conveniently located near a gas station and local restaurants. However, when we arrived to the suite... In the bathroom: we found a sandwich bag over the shower head with green colored liquid in the bag, In the Living Area: we found a few dusty paper towels on the heater, In the kitchen: we found left over canned goods in the cabinet and light orange substance in the fridge. Luckily, we brought a gallon of bleach with us to disinfect all surfaces before settling in. We were glad to bring the bleach with us as a last minute thought. After using rubber gloves to remove all the debris, we disinfected the bathroom, furniture, and kitchen with bleach. We also fished some debris out of the pool in order to enjoy it. From that point on the stay was comfortable. A good location to easily get to local hiking trails and to get to Killington sights.
