Our open-concept layout is anchored by a sun-drenched living area and a wood-burning fireplace with complimentary firewood — the ultimate spot for après-ski relaxation.

Bedroom 1: Primary suite with a King bed and en-suite bath.
Bedroom 2: Guest room with a Queen bed and en-suite bath (sleeps 2).
Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa for additional guests.

The Kitchen: A chef`s dream with updated cabinetry and quartz countertops, fully stocked to cook real meals — gas 5-burner stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, Tovala toaster oven, Keurig and a classic drip coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, and a dining table that seats six. Bakeware, a blender, electric hand mixer, waffle iron, and a lobster pot are all on hand, along with dishes and glassware for 6+ and wine glasses.

As our guest, you have full access to the Spa at The Woods, located just a short walk from your front door: heated indoor pool, oversized hot tub, eucalyptus steam room, sauna, and full fitness center.

-Trash & Recycling: Please remove all trash, including any food left in the fridge, and place bagged trash in the outdoor dumpster.

-No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside or outside on the property.

-No Fireworks: Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the premises.

- No Parties are allowed or a $500 additional cleaning fee will apply.

-Damage Policy: Accidents happen—please report any damage promptly so we can address it quickly. The Damage Waiver covers unintentional damage to the property and its contents up to $750, provided damages are reported to Ohana Vacations before check-out. (Airbnb reservations excluded.)

-Starter Pack: Ohana provides a starter supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.). Guests are responsible for replenishing items as needed.

-Grill Use: If a grill is available, please do not move it and keep it 5–10 feet from the house at all times. Kindly clean the grill after each use. If propane runs out, please contact Ohana customer service for a replacement.

-Private Wells & Septic Systems: Some of our homes use private wells and septic systems. Please: Flush only toilet paper—no wipes, feminine products, or other items.
