Killeen Island Tours and Activities

The staff on arrival didn't understand alot of English, we were given our key left to find our own room. We booked a king room the room was clean & tidy the bed was 2 single beds put together as a King:( no mattress protector or fitted liner to hold this together, the bed was uncomfortable because of this moving, the sheets were clean the bedding itself was dated. All that was in the room was a jug tea / coffee facilities yet we were not offered milk. Nothing else to cook with and the restaurant was closed. No other options no breakfast bowls, etc. We had a spa bath this worked well , water nice and hot. No guest laundry as advertised. We felt The facility folder in the room was out of date as was the marketing online, the photos online didn't present the property as it actually is. We felt the price we paid was unresonable for the room we got. The hotel is definitely in need of an update, and a good tidy up outside. I did feel sad for the 2 staff on who clearly didn't speak alot of English and looked like they were out of their depth. We booked through Expedia which I suggest they look more closely at property's they are listing on their app.
