It was awesome, memorable, and amenities where exceptional the staff was wonderful they made u feel important, seen, and safe with the way that they keep track of everyone coming and going. The property was very clean. They were in a very quiet area what I did not like about the property it could be updated. The television looks very old and the telephone.

The room was spacious and clean, however the TV has very few channels and it’s an old tube style TV. The hot tub and pool were nice but the sauna/steam room were out of order and the paint is really peeling badly over the pool.

what a beautiful and safe and comfortable hotel. They are Pet friendly. Had my grandbabies and great grandbabies come and have fun in the pool with me.... I would recommend this hotel to anyone... Beautiful

A delightful place to stay. Others reviewed it as in need of modernization. But for us older folks it was just the way we like it. Most important the beds were good, which is a priority for old folks. Water pressure in the shower was outstanding. Loved the restaurant at the end of the hallway. Good food! Lovely service too. The lady in charge of the hotel said they would be starting a complimentary morning breakfast for their guests. That has become very important these days. Our only complaint was the pool. The water was not in good condition and the machinery looked like it had not had attention for a while. Please attend to it because it is a nice indoor pool feature. If we come back to visit our grandson at Ft. Hood we will definitely stay at Shilo Inn.
