"Room was clean and the price was right. That being said, I have a few issues. The video service kiosk for check in, etc, staffed by someone overseas, was annoying and impersonal. The description of “1 acre of private beach” advertised was an absolute lie. It is only a few blocks from free beach access, why do they make such an effort to make it look like they have a private beach? Pet fee was 59.99 per night plus tax (acceptable), but is not what the website advertised ($50) Coffee pot in the lobby was empty at 9 am and no one was around to be seen. “Daily housekeeping” was actually just clean towels and emptying of trash. I wasn’t expecting the Taj Mahal at that price but I felt misled."
