"The staff here were very polite and friendly. Breakfast was satisfying. Even though the rooms were supposed to be nonsmoking, it didn’t smell like they were. But it fulfilled my quick stay until I could get into the Gaylord across the street. "

"My wife and I can’t express enough how much we enjoyed our stay at your hotel, from the friendly front desk staff, the surprise complimentary drinks, dinner vouchers and tickets to the country music museum, breakfast staff, the beautiful clean rooms, everyone was so friendly, we loved visiting your rooftop diner and bar and the lower patio deck with the fire tables, where we liked to go at the end of the night, we certainly will be recommending you to all our friends and hope to see you again one day.❤️"

"My wife and I were the first to eat breakfast on Saturday morning, surprised that the food was room temperature and not even warm. I had stayed here previously without issues but this time the room air conditioner was so nosey it keep us up all night. Pillows were the worst I'd ever had at any motel anywhere. Microwave in room wasn't clean. Staff was really nice but I probably will not return. "
