Massive house with good views
This house affords all the space required for a big group, with some great amenities. The large, open windows allow for some ocean views, with the beach just across the (main thoroughfare) road. The heating options and throw blankets let us stay cosy on a cold winter's day, while the local pub and general store were a short walk to enjoy. Would easily come back and stay again 😊

Awesome
Absolutely loved our stay! The house was amazing with plenty of room for all of us. The nights were nice and cosy spent laughing with a few drinks in front of the fire. Would certainly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay awesome house and great host!

Stunning accommodation
Very large property- conveniently located next to the foreshore and the rail trail. Excellent amenities and Vicky was excellent to communicate with. Would definitely recommend as a great coastal getaway.

Great house, great location
This home is even bigger than photos show. With large family groups there is plenty of room to have your own space. Quality fixtures and furniture. House is right across the road from the beach and we enjoyed some beautiful sunsets. General store/cafe and local pub a short walk away. Two larger towns 20 minutes away. This house delivers what it promises, thank you Vicky and family.

Great house in an amazing location
Perfect property for a coastal getaway in a nice little town surrounded by beauty. The house itself is fantastic - plenty of room, good amenities, and Vicky was an excellent host.

A very happy Christmas
We’ve stayed here before, it’s a brilliant house. This stay was over Christmas & New Year, and after a very challenging 2020. Kilcunda is such a great safe community, Vicky is a fabulous host and the neighbours are welcoming & friendly. We very highly recommend everything about this house.

Spectacular view
Awesome place well equipped with every you need for a good holiday and the bonus is the deck over the garage amazing view on the sea wow. Good for afternoon drinks with the beautiful sunset finally we will come back soon for sure.

We loved our stay @Kilcunda, Colours by the Sea
We had a lovely time at this house - 4 humans and 2 poodles. The house was clean, fresh and had all of the appliances we could ask for. The location straight across the road from the Bass Coast was excellent. The local Kilcunda General Store (approx 250m away) had Melbourne-standard coffee and food. A very relaxing stay indeed. Thank you to Vicky (property manager), Eileen (cleaner) and the home owners for being dog friendly 🐾🐾.

Amazing Stay at Colours by the Sea
We were lucky enough to stay at Colours by the Sea over the Christmas period with our extended family. The house was perfect size for us (4 couples and 2 children) and very clean. Right from arrival it had so many little touches that made the stay extra specials including gifts of handmade Christmas baubles, wine and chocolates 💕 We spent our days, fishing, swimming, walking trails and exploring the nearby Phillip island. The boys even managed to catch a decent flathead! Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying with a group.

Beautiful house and location.
Excellent place to go with family and friends. The owner Vicky was super helpful and was always ready to assist. We were given cleanly washed linen too though was not included in the cost. The property was clean and well presented. Was extremely comfortable for 6 adults and 5 children. Will surely recommend and will visit again :)

Wonderful House and Location is perfect
We could not fault anything about our little getaway to Colours. Beautiful home, had everything we need and more. Easy walk to the the lovely cafe, pub and beach. Vicky was great to deal with and our pooch had a ball! Highly recommend, we'll be back!

Perfect for our Family Get Together
Colours was perfect for our extended family of 6 Adults and toddler. It is a very large space with great communal areas with loads of sitting and space but also having lots of areas inside and out where people could do their own thing alone or in a smaller group. It is beautifully appointed and equipped and of course the location is spot on. There is no issue with road noise at all even though quite close. We had a great meal in the Killy Pub which we hadn't visited in ages and also recommend a special breakfast or meal at The Cape Kitchen 20 minutes away on Phillip Island. Vicki was wonderful to deal with- we love Kilcunda and in Colours by the Sea we have certainly found a new favourite place to stay in.

Colours By The Sea-Beautiful house and location
We were a party of 7 adults staying at Colours By The Sea recently, this was on of the best equipped houses that we have stayed in to date. It was clean and well set out, had plenty of items on hand in the kitchen to allow us to cater for all of our group in the way we wanted. A great decking and BBQ out the back that is also able to be closed off for children. The booking through Vicky over the internet was seemless from the word go and she was a delight to deal with. Location here is second to none, straight across the road to the beaches and walking paths and a few hundred meters to the General store on Hotel. I have no hesitation in recommending this delightful house and location, we will be back!

All that you need with an ocean view
My husband and I were lucky enough to spend a week in this lovely property and we couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. The beds were comfy, it had a beautiful rooftop deck to watch the gorgeous sunsets, a short walk to the beach, a large deck out the back, good internet connection and a spacious living area. It was great to share with another 2 couples and a 4 year old on the weekend but not too big for us to enjoy with our Westie during the week. Vicky was great to deal with and very flexible with times for entering and leaving the property. Kilcunda is a lovely relaxing area and this property was also a short walk to the General Store for great coffee and Brunch and the Kilcunda Pub was open every night for delicious fresh seafood & great Cuban pork ribs that just fell off the bone! We hope to be back to enjoy this property again soon!

it is a beautiful propperty and thank you so much Vicky for caring and taking note of our requirem
Very nice property, comfortable, clean clean, excellent view beautiful beach and it is like our own home. Two things to note the kitchen need mixing plastic bowls there is no bowls to wash salad leaves or vegies or meat. Important note is to put a lock inside the front door as our 2 year old was able to open the latch from inside of the front door and went outside. Apart from these I have no hesitation of recommending to anyone. If opportunity arise I will book again

Spacious and uber comfortable
First impression was 'wow', second impression was 'wow it's so spacious', third impression was 'wow, the fire is set to go AND there's central heating - yay.' Last impression was 'its perfect, it answers our every need and lets book again for this time next year'. Wait there's more...we had booked the house as a central location for 3 families to convene after our 95 yr old mothers funeral and when we first arrived, upon entering the house, there was a lovely welcoming pack from Vicky and Robert that included a card with a personal message to myself and our family offering condolences. How sweet was that? Such a warm, thoughtful touch that lifted us at such a challenging time. Thank you Vicky and Robert, very caring and considerate indeed.

Gorgeous waterfront property
We had a great holiday. The house is beautiful, supplied with everything, very comfortable. Within walking distance to the Killy general store and pub. The beach is pristine, great walks and rock pool exploring. A slice of heaven so close to home. Thank you for such a memorable holiday.
