Needs a revamp - it’s tired. Check in lady was friendly but didn’t offer anymore than there’s no cleaning on Sunday (the day we checked out). Couldn’t find a luggage trolley anywhere (didn’t see one the whole stay either).

Everything about this place was lovely(eg., location, view, cleanliness, comfort, friendly and helpful staff) with one exception, horrible bed pillows. It was not possible to shape the pillow for neck support. It really affected getting a good nights sleep and woke up with neck pain.
