Die Wohnung ist hell, geräumig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist hervorragend, alles ist schnell erreichbar. Der Gastgeber ist problemlos erreichbar, sehr freundlich und um gute Lösungen für jedes Anliegen bemüht. Ich war allein dort und habe mich in fünf Tagen Aufenthalt äußerst wohl gefühlt. Das Bett ist eher weich, ich habe aber gut darin geschlafen. Die Küche ist sehr brauchbar eingerichtet, mit attraktivem Geschirr und technisch hochwertigen Geräten. Ich bekam für die Benutzung alle nötigen Informationen.Mir hat der große Tisch sehr gefallen, auch die bequemen Stühle und der Blick aus den Fenstern. Von Bad und Schlafzimmer aus sieht man auf ein großes Gelände mit vielen Gärten, tagsüber üppiges Grün mit vielen Apfelbäumen, nachts ist es dunkel genug um vom kleinen Balkon aus Sterne zu betrachten.Insgesamt ein echtes Schmuckstück und ein schöner Rückzugsort. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Besonders hervorzuheben ist bei dieser Ferienwohnung der herzliche und unkomplizierte Kontakt zum Vermieter sowie die ausgezeichnete Lage (in 10 Minuten zu Fuß an der Kiellinie, gute Verkehrsanbindung mit Bus Richtung Innenstadt). Das Doppelbett ist sehr gemütlich, das Schlafsofa passt gut für 2 Kinder.

Schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage, perfekter Gastgeber

Die Wohnung ist auch für 4 Personen sehr geräumig, hell und mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen Kurzurlaub in Kiel so alles braucht. Die Lage ist super zentral, mit einer guten ÖPNV-Anbindung.Das absolute Highlight ist allerdings der Vermieter, der uns spontan nach unserer Bahn-Odyssee, vom Bahnhof abgeholt hat und auch sonst immer mit Rat und Tat behilflich war. Vielen herzlichen Dank noch einmal!

Schöne helle Wohnung in guter Lage

Ein unkomplizierter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, der persönlich begrüßt, es gab schnelle Antworten auf Rückfragen. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und sonnig. Auch mit 4 Personen ist der Platz ausreichend. Die Lage ist zwischen Kiellinie und Holtenauer Straße trotz großer Straße ruhig und sehr gut an Öffis angebunden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Große helle Wohnung, gut eingerichtet

Die Wohnung ist groß und hell, die Küche+Esszimmer mit viel Sonnenschein. Es gibt auch einen kleinen, aber netten Balkon, der zum Schlafzimmer gehört und beide schauen nach hinten, auf Gärten und Bäume. Alles ist gut eingerichtet. Die Heizung funktioniert prima. Der Besitzer wohnt daneben und ist immer hilfsbereit, sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist gut: nicht weit von der Kiellinie einerseits, andererseits von den Geschäften. Nachteil für Ältere: nur Treppe zum 2. Stock, kein Aufzug. Hoffentlich kommen wir zürück. .

Kurztrip Kiel

Super Wohnung für einen Kurztrip nach Kiel. Alles schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Bushaltestelle direkt gegenüber. Mit der Fähre kommt man auch gut zum nächsten Ostseestrand. Vermieter ist sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-).
