A nice hotel in a great location, close to bars, restaurants and the shopping center. There is parking available but at €25 port night which I thought was very expensive to be fair. Coffee maker in the room with 4 pods, I was there for three nights and asked at reception for some more pods but you have to buy then apparently, that’s a first for me! I might have bought some if the coffee maker actually made hot coffee instead of luke warm coffee

Property was super cute & great for photos. Some of the front desk staff was rude & needs an update course on customer service &hospitality. They dont do daily restocks on the coffee bar in you room when cleaning

Interesting design of rooms that seem more like jail cells ,no chair to sit in and no fresh air from window.Corridors are very dark and has the appearance of jail corridor.Extremely modern with unfinished drywall for ceilings.Staff was great but location is far from old town.JB

We really liked the easy walkability to the train/bus/boat stations and the unlimited free use of good bicycles. It also is very unique in its set-up of the (very quiet!) rooms and exudes a very relaxed atmosphere in inviting common areas. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, though it sometimes appeared the right hand did not know what the left was doing. The only other thing to mention is that during our 1 week stay our room was not consistently cleaned and we only got coffee pods for the first morning which we were told when we checked in, but could not be explained to us and did not make any sense. The restaurant food (dinner as well as the breakfast buffet) was excellent, however, the dinner menu was a little limited and somewhat overpriced. It also would be preferable to at least have the option to pay cash and not be limited to credit card payment only.

High Prices, Small Room
The hotel has a high attention to COVID regulations and guest safety, which is excellent. Breakfast is a crowded affair, with waiting times of up to 15 minutes before reaching the buffet despite Reception giving an allocated time slot for breakfast. The restaurant staff do their best to manage thought. I was disappointed as I ordered a superior room, with a water view. The "superior" room was standard and very small. The sea view had artistic licence, but I could see the top of a ship from the window. There is no workspace or desk in the room, which is disappointing as I was travelling for work. I complained to Reception about the room, and was simply told "Well we are full, we cannot do anything". At least the room was quiet considering the busy road outside. The gym facilities are good, but I didn't try the sauna. The hotel itself is boutique, with boutique prices. Fancy slogans and decoration on the wall doesn't command premium prices for tiny rooms and disinterested staff.

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The hotel has a cool vibe, friendly staff, is close to the water and train station and the room was very spacious. I liked the option of being able to check-in myself on an iPad as there was quite a bit of a queue when I arrived and the little packaged wipes all over the hotel and little hand sanitizer bottles in the room were a nice touch given the current situation.

Modernes Hotel mit gutem Frühstück. Weder die Bahn noch die Kaistr. waren zu hören. In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Bahnhof. Parken am Hotel möglich, aber recht teuer. Parkhäuser sind aber in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden und viel günstiger, vor allem mit Contipark-Card. Bequeme Betten und schöne Rainshower-Dusche. Offenes Raumkonzept in den Zimmern. Einzig das abgetrennte WC war ein bisschen zu dunkel. Wenn ich nochmal nach Kiel komme, dann ins me and all.

Skønt og roligt men generet af DJ
Skønt værelse, skøn seng, ingen larm fra trafik og gangareal. Men!! Lørdag var der DJ i stueetagen fra 19-24. Den bas rungede igennem alle etager og selvom vi boede på 3sal var vi generet af det. Dejlig morgenmad hvor alt blev genopfyldt med jævne mellemrum.

Konzept ist toll. In der Umsetzung für Vielreisende befremdlich. Keine Check-Out am Vorabend möglich. Muss sich Morgens in die Schlange stellen. Bei der Hotel Kategorie für die Kaffeemaschine am Empfang kaufen befremdlich. Parkticketabrechnung in Tagessätzen Aufahrt muss aber nach Zahlung in 10 Min. erfolgen. Konzept ansonsten echt cool aber in Abwicklung echt anstrengend

Dejligt hotel med god beliggenhed.
Et dejligt og anderledes hotel. Parker i indkøbscenteret lige ved siden af og spar 17 euro. Brødet og kagerne var meget tørre til morgenmaden.
