Das Zimmer war klein und sauber. Die Bettwäsche/ Matratze/ Kopfkissen waren perfekt. Der Blick aus dem Fenster entsprach nicht Ihrer Darstellung Man schaute aus der 4. Etage auf die Dachoberfläche der Klimaanlage und sah den unteren Teil des Campanile. Meine Bemühungen ein Zi. in den der Höhe 10 bis 6. Etage zu gelangen wurde nicht entsprochen gleich gültig am welchem Tagen man darum bat. Das Frühstücksangebot war an allen Tagen gleich und entsprach nicht den Entgelterwartungen. Bei einem Aufenthalt von 7 Tagen ist bei Zubuchung des Frühstücks davon abzuraten. Bei Kurzaufenthalten von 2 Tagen fällt es nicht auf, dass es weder Schinken oder Lachs angeboten wurden. Das Alltagsangebot bestand aus Rührei, hartgekochten Ei, gebackenem Frühstücksspeck oder winzigen Hackfleisch talern in Kombination zu winzigen Röstis und/oder ungewürzten gegarrten Gemüse/ Pilzen... Vorteilhaft ist die Verkehrsanbindung des ÖNV.

Perfect hotel, cleaning was great, location was great, hotel was great. Only negative was that one of the elevators didnt work when we were there so se had to walk to 8th floor, but it wasnt a problem for us, and we only stayed one night.

Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren mehr mit sich selbst beschäftigt, als sich um die Gäste zu kümmern. Zimmer haben nicht gut gerochen und waren total überhitzt. Leider ist im gesamten Hotel das Öffnen eines Fensters nicht möglich. Ehrlich gesagt - nie wieder

Zimmer in der 14. Etage mit toller Aussicht! Leider war das Zimmer bei der Anreise erst um 15 Uhr fertig! Zu den bekannten Einschränkungen zählen die nur zwei Aufzüge, die tagsüber auch noch von den Reinigungkräften mit großen Wagen blockiert werden! Da muss man teilweise mit längeren Wartezeiten rechnen! Das Frühstück ist eigentlich sehr gut aber häufig extrem voll, so dass teilweise keine Sitzplätze, kein Geschirr/Besteck und Speisen verfügbar sind! Die Rezeption war sehr bemüht! Die Lage des Hotels ist nah am Zentrum direkt an der Veranstaltungshalle!
