The hotel supposedly had no record of my Hotels.com booking, which had been paid for.
The internet never worked. Staff promised it would be fixed and provided numerous excuses. The tv had one English-speaking channel: Al Jazeera. The manager/owner 'fixed' it...for a matter of minutes. "We were sight seeing most of the day. Room service meals were tasty. Breakfast on the last day was finally buffet style as in the pictures. No TV for two days. Bathroom was leaking. Airport shuttle driver was not helpful with our luggage out of the van. Overall customer service needs improvement as well as housekeeping and maintenance. The kitchen staff was wonderful."
