I arrived at the hotel about 15 minutes to 10 pm. I was checked in and provided keys to our room. "The room had stains on the wall. The bedding had cigarette holes, given that it was a smoking room but c'mon! The shower head was awful and the water wasn't very hot. Now, let me tell you about the worst part, I have bites from head to toe. My face, shoulders, back of legs and feet. Bed bug bites!!! We had to wash and dry everything on high heat for 2 hours. We thought maybe it was mosquitos since there wasn't a screen on the window, but the last night we were there I saw a tiny bed bug on my pillow! we stayed because the reviews weren't terrible. But never again!!"

"Little details like key wouldn,t open door, faucets and mirrors weren,t clean , stairwells weren,t clean, bed looked like it had been made by my grandkids, a large mousetrap in breakfast room. The pool looked clean, the lobby was nice, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, plenty of lighted parking, just needs updating and cleaning."
