"It was our first time at The Riv and my wife and kids absolutely loved it. We typically stay in Concan but are absolutely coming here from now on. Staff and other people staying were all friendly. "This property tucked away on the backroads of Montell and nestled perfectly on the Nueces River was the perfect getaway. It was exactly as described and the property plus the cabin were clean and extraordinary. The host, as well as the property maintenance man (Nathan) were super polite, very easy to communicate with and weren’t a bother at all. Nathan even went out of his way to bring my family a watermelon and made sure we were enjoying our stay! You can’t ask for a better time anywhere else. The river was nice, quiet, clear and peaceful. If you’re looking for a great getaway, come to this place. Tina has an amazing property for you to enjoy! Plus you can’t beat eating s’mores under the night sky here. My family and I will definitely be back!!"

"The location is beautiful; you are a bit distant from other cabins which is great for privacy. The cabin was beautiful!! Very modern, clean, comfy cabin. The river was also excellent. Very private and not overwhelming with many visitors. The property manager was attentive as well as the host through emails. I would definitely book this lovely place and cabin again! 10/10"
