Renovated Park Side Villa - convenient 1st floor

  • Escape to Kiawah Island and experience a wonderful island vacation that you won’t forget! This first floor Parkside villa is just a short walk from Kiawah’s pristine, private 10 mile long beach. This villa does not have access to a pool, but it is centrally located in the East Beach area of the island, and all of the island amenities are within easy reach!

    This Parkside villa is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath coastal-living inspired space that you won't want to leave. Enjoy relaxing on the deck, in the screened-in porch or out the back door in Night Heron park.

    This villa does not have access to a pool.

    We look forward to sharing this renovated villa with your family. There were so many reasons we decided to buy this villa - the hardwood floors, white beadboard walls, being able to eat our meals out on the screened porch, the convenient location, the sink in the master bathroom, to name a few. It is a first floor villa, so it is easy to unload your car when you arrive.
