The oceanfront villa at 4435 Sea Forest Drive is the ideal coastal getaway thanks to its panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and sweeping vista of Kiawah's 10-miles of pristine beaches.
Wake up to gorgeous sunsets and direct ocean views from nearly every room of this 3BR/3 Bath Premier Penthouse Windswept villa. Both upstairs master suites have windows overlooking the ocean, while the open concept main floor is bright and airy with ocean views from the kitchen, dining area, and living room.

While the stunning views will take your breath away, you will be equally pleased with the luxurious, fully renovated interior that has been professionally designed for your comfort and relaxation.

This spacious, townhouse-style villa accommodates up to 6 guests.
Gather with loved ones on the first floor which features an open concept living space with floor to ceiling windows to appreciate the ocean views and an updated kitchen that flows into the dining area and living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need for cooking and enjoying meals in the villa.

Step from the living room onto the oceanfront balcony and enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine while listening to the sound of the ocean below.

On the first floor you will also find the guest bedroom suite with 2 twin beds and a fully renovated en suite bathroom with shower.

As you make your way upstairs, two master suites await, both with comfortable king beds and their own beautifully renovated en suite bathrooms.

We often rent villas through the sanctuary, but they lack basic amenities. This home was well located and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable. Decor was lovely.

Great Spot and nice property

Had a very nice stay here. Property is very well located (walking distance to The Sanctuary) and in good condition. Our family of five felt very comfortable and while it’s not a huge condo, it is laid out well so the space didn’t feel cramped at all. Julie was a great host - very accessible. I’d definitely stay here again.

The title pretty much says it all. We have stayed at a few different places at Kiawah and this one was the cleanest of the places we have stayed at. It is right on the beach, central to everything. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was as described and clean. It was nice to be able to walk right down to the beach. We enjoyed the porch and riding bikes on the island. The guidebook was also helpful in choosing restaurants.

Bright, updated condo in ideal location with beautiful ocean views, beach access and proximity to Night Heron and Fresh Fields for walking and biking. We were 2 adults and 4 teens and had plenty of space.

This Villa is beautiful. It’s clean, in a great location, and is well stocked. We had a great time with family and friends! The one minor issue was the AC didn’t work well. The upstairs bedrooms were hot. The beach view from the deck is awesome!

Wonderful stay on Kiawah Island

This Penthouse on Kiawah Island is lovely. We spent five days there as a family of 5 (three kids ages 13, 11, and 8), and the space worked perfectly. The home is well-appointed with everything you could need from coffee makers to beach gear to puzzles and games. Julie is a wonderful communicator and the check-in process was seamless. The views of the ocean are beautiful and the beach is steps away. We have stayed in many vacation rentals and this one was one of our favorites!

Family getaway

Beautiful property in the perfect location! Family of 4 stayed here for a few days during kids fall break from school. The proximity to beach allowed for quick snack and bathroom breaks, and the views from the balcony were a dream! Julie was wonderfully responsive and attentive. We will definitely be back!

Great Kiawah Condo

Kiawah Island Gem!

This is a beautiful home my wife, brother, and sister-in-law had the privilige to stay in for a mini vacation. Well laid out, solidly built, and amazing views! Close to the tennis center, Night Heron Park, and Freshfield Village. The nicest VRBO we’ve ever stayed at and have experienced many. Julie was great to work with - very responsive and hospitable!
