310 Ocean Oaks is a spacious 5 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom private Kiawah Island vacation home in Vanderhorst Plantation. This stunning home is tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac, offering lots of privacy and beautiful lagoon views. When you stay at this luxurious Kiawah Island vacation home, the beach is just a 6 minute walk away!

This spacious home offers an open floor plan with plenty of space for the whole family. The living room features two large sofas, beautiful accent chairs, floor-to-ceiling windows, and glass doors that lead to the backyard offering an abundance of natural light. Just off the living room is an expansive screened porch with comfortable seating to enjoy the surrounding lagoon and maritime forest.

The kitchen features high quality appliances, a breakfast bar and an adjoining dining area with seating to accommodate 8.

The primary suite is located on the main floor along with the living room, dining area, kitchen, and two guest bedrooms. The main bedroom boasts a king size bed, private access to the backyard, an abundance of windows with stunning views, a large walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a full soaking tub, glass shower and dual vanity.

The two guest bedrooms both feature two twin beds, large windows, and private attached bathrooms.

Upstairs on the second level, you’ll find a comfortable den, a second master suite, and another guest bedroom. The den features a large entertainment center with a flatscreen TV, and comfortable seating.

The second master suite features a private balcony overlooking the lagoon, two small beds perfect for little ones, a king size bed, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub, glass shower, and large vanity.

The third guest bedroom features two full size beds, large windows with stunning views, and a full bathroom that also attaches to the den.

Vanderhorst Plantation is only 4 miles from the top attractions of East Beach Village including Night Heron Park, Kiawah Nature Center, the Roy Barth Tennis Center, and luxury dining and shopping at The Sanctuary Hotel at Kiawah Island Golf Resort.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.

Had fruit flies when I arrived and they were horrible by the time I left. Property manager sent someone over who said he was pouring something in the drain but also said it wouldn’t work. He said the pest control company was coming but they never shows up. Really disappointing given what I paid.
