in general in this town you can expect very much of the acomodation, but this hotel was very clean. the manager of the hotel was very gentle and service to me, she helped me to find a bus that take me to irkutsk to olkhon island and then the return. the hotel is very good located, just a minutes walking to the shaman rock. nice experience, the only problem is internet, that wont going to work very good..

Go for it if you enjoy dealing with aggorant manag

The worst staff and the manager I have ever dealt with. The manager lady had took my money for dinner pretending that she never heard of. I literally had to make a phone call to the owner to settle this matter. On the top of that, She doesn't even look at people when talking, with this disgusting and aggorant manner and the attitude. Barely sepaks any other languages but Russian. Believe me, I was not the only one thinking that way at the time of my staying. Even the American lady that i met in their never stop complaining about her to the owner lady over the phone.

我們住的是帶私人浴室的雙床房型小木屋，房間及廁所都非常乾淨，暖氣很熱，reception的太太英文可流暢溝通，有需求大致上都會幫忙，除了不斷替我們聯繫機場找回遺失的行李外，跨年夜那天還請cooker為我們特製了晚餐，非常感謝！

It’s good that staff able to communicate in English. Hot shower is available. Originally, we plan to stay Nikita. However, the booking of Nikita was full. But the experience in here is also good and more than our expectation.

My friends and I stayed in 2 Triple Economy Rooms and they were rather comfortable. For one, the entire complex and the rooms are more spacious and pleasing than we had imagined from the pictures. The showers weren't as pleasant, though, as we shared a few showers with many other guests in the building. There seems to be a limit to the amount of hot water supplied, as my friends who showered later had to endure freezing waters. The later you bathe, the dirtier the shower capsules get as well; one night, we had to bathe on sand and lots of hair. The breakfast was ok, but a bit expensive and we didn't feel it was worth what we'd paid. After one breakfast (400rubles pax) at their dining hall, we opted to eat out the rest of the way. There is a staff who is proficient in English whom we communicated with most of the time. She was courteous and friendly to us for the most part.

Schöne Unterkunft nahe am Schamanenfelsen

Obwohl ich erst kurz vor Mitternacht ankam, war die Rezeption besetzt und ich wurde sehr freundlich aufgenommen. Das Zimmer ist schön und sauber. Ebenso der Speiseraum und die sanitären Anlagen. Es ist sogar eine richtige Dusche mit Warmwasser vorhanden, was nicht selbstverständlich ist, da es im Ort ja keine Wasserleitungen gibt.

Wir können uns die schlechte Bewertung des Hostels nicht erklären. Das Hostel ist sauber und der Empfang und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen im Hostel ist gut und man kriegt grosse Portionen, zu einem sehr fairen Preis.
