The Masquerade Tower is old, but has spacious rooms and comes with free parking. The big screens at the casino level are a good place to watch sports. Easy drive to/from the airport.

Beautiful place but not run with consideration and service to the individual — you will not be treated as if you matter even tho the place is undeniably beautiful.

The room is spacious, well decorated, and clean. The outdoor pool is beautiful and excellent for unwinding and relaxing. Staffs excelled in customer service. Shoutout to Martin who assisted me in finding the Lobby from the parking elevators. Everything you need and want in one place.

The staff rushed us during check in. When we asked questions we were told, “hold on I’m getting there” and the way she said it was as if we were annoying her. Then they kept changing our credits and treated us like we did something wrong and shouldn’t have credits. There was only 1 person that treated us great, Milly from the Conrad lobby. We also had a broken shower head that never got fixed. So showering was a nuisance. Lastly the shower had hair from a previous guest that was still clinging to the wall. Worst stay in a very long time.
