The staff, especially the manager, went above and beyond to make sure I had the best stay possible. There are escalators but still need to walk 10-15 minutes. Kitchen appliances and amenities are different between rooms. It would be nice to have simple operating instructions on washing machine. Also basic TV channels and/or Netflix subscriptions would be greatly appreciated. Only 3 sunbeds by the pool on rooftop. Complementary foot massage, free airport shuttle bus service, complementary 2 round-trip cable car tickets per room, along with free water park admission for all staying guests. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. One downside, the Times Corner Sky Bar - Rooftop. Which is next door. They play music until 12 Midnight, and it can get quite loud.
