We had a bad experience with restaurant Dahlia. We waiting on our food for three hours. They were extremely understaffed. As we were walking out, my 12 yo son grabbed a tea bag and the manager followed us outside and shamed him for taking it. I guess he was mad we did t leave tip on a $200 bill. We thought the service was horrible and therefore 5% surcharge was enough. Do better.
