The experience was not great, and significantly worse than a few years ago
-The staffing had been reduced and most of the staff clearly did not like their job
-The room had a giant brown stain on the carpet next to the bed
-The desk in the room looked dirty, it turned out to be that the plastic had badly stained
-The shower head was mounted at about waist height
-The breakfast was almost entirely Thai
-The western selection barely existed and there was no yoghurts
-The baked goods were poor quality, the jams were low-grade
-The two front desk staff disagreed with each other when asked for a late check-out
-The losing staff member was still sour about it when we checked out
-The car parking attendant when we were leaving told us that his boss was unhappy at us for not parking perfectly straight the previous day,[my wife had just had an eye operation the previous day]
