The bathroom had significant mold present. The room smelt stale. the bedding smelt of stale perspiration to the extent of me putting one of the pillows in the cupboard to hide the smell. Curtains in the room are filthy. The Hotel is old and in need of extensive maintenance/renovation. The pool is not up to standard, did not look clean. I would not swim in the pool. The restaurant only served breakfast.

A pleasant experience from check-in to checkout. I have stayed here before, some years ago. While the property is generally excellent, the light in the bathroom is extremely poor. No good for makeup or shaving. Everything else is excellent and I'm booking to stay there again when I drive upmin October.

Had a fantastic stay in the Premium room. Plenty of room for 2 people. If you need any help the girls at the counter speak some english. Lookout for Ian he is a lovely chap and speak clear english and Thai.

Property is quite run-down. Water Tap, Shower spray are tarnished .. mini fridge is empty, no safebox, bodywash not provided, wifi is slow and lack. Breakfast only few local dishes. Overall need some improvements.

Average budget friendly hotel.
It was OK for a short stay. I liked the part that the hotel was not too far to walk to the shopping center and had good WiFi & TV. The room I stayed was spacious with a big bathroom. The toilet was not so clean I could see some dirty stuff. My son’s room at the end of the floor was small and weird shape. The neighborhood around was not great.

Have stayed here three years ago, but this time I found a fusty snell from the carpets both in the corridors and in the room. Reception looks well. Sink in bathroom is getting old lookIng. Overall I am disappointed in the condition of the hotel - little money could be spent to at least clean the carpets or invest in a good carpet cleaner.

Ok location, airport taxi to Hotel only 150thb approx, have shuttle bus service return to airport 100thb. Shower over bath hopeless as no shower curtain. Breakfast buffet pretty average. Rooms okay for the price.

Convenient and comfortable
The hotel is quite nice. Comfortable stay, nice hospitality and plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Starbucks you can walk to and both western and local Thai meals nearby. Breakfast was nice and plentiful as well.

Location is close to major attractions. Bad maintenance, smell bad in the walkway and in room. Used to stay there when it was just opened, but now seems to be aged with bad maintenance.

A hotel seemingly aspiring to be a 2* motel
The experience was not great, and significantly worse than a few years ago -The staffing had been reduced and most of the staff clearly did not like their job -The room had a giant brown stain on the carpet next to the bed -The desk in the room looked dirty, it turned out to be that the plastic had badly stained -The shower head was mounted at about waist height -The breakfast was almost entirely Thai -The western selection barely existed and there was no yoghurts -The baked goods were poor quality, the jams were low-grade -The two front desk staff disagreed with each other when asked for a late check-out -The losing staff member was still sour about it when we checked out -The car parking attendant when we were leaving told us that his boss was unhappy at us for not parking perfectly straight the previous day,[my wife had just had an eye operation the previous day] :A hotel seemingly aspiring to be a motel, a joyless one at that

The location which is a little tricky to find is very central and close to many bars and Thai restaurants. Car parking in the small busy car park can be a little chaotic but the reception area looked promising and the staff speak English. I was delighted to be upgraded to a better room but then everything went downhill from there. The rooms are worn out and a proper refurbishment is clearly overdue. The carpets are not clean with visible stains, the wrinkled old curtains hang untidily and the furnishings are chipped. The room lighting is inadequate and the table lamps and standing lamps shown in photos do not exist. The bed area is too dark for reading. I felt insulted to be supplied with a rag for a bathrobe fit only for the rubbish bin. There are however a choice of English language TV channels. The bathroom is equipped with thin towels and worn out bathrobes and the shower fixing was so loose on the wall that it was only possible to shower by holding the shower head. A broken kettle and intermittent WiFi completes the picture. Breakfast is ok for Asian tastes but apart from coffee, cornflakes and an egg station there is no international foodstuffs. The small swimming pool is not very clean and it's use is compromised by the close proximity of the breakfast area surrounding it. I booked for 2 nights and there is no likelihood of me returning here. There are a number of budget hotels in the area offering cleaner more modern accommodation at a fraction of the cost

โรงแรมค่อนข้างเก่า ล๊อบบี้มีน้ำรั่ว ห้องนอนแม้จะเก่าแต่ก็โอเค แต่หมอนหนามากเหมาะสำหรับคนชอบนอนหมอนสูง ห้องน้ำมีอ่าง แต่ไม่มีห้องอาบน้ำแบบฝักบัว ต้องไปอาบน้้ำในอ่าง แต่ไม่มีม่านกั้นน้ำข้างๆ อ่าง แถมขอบอ่างน้ำก็สูงมาก โรงแรมอยู่ในโซนเที่ยวกลางคืน ที่จอดรถน้อย แต่พนักงานบริการดี
