Excellent customer service

The kitchen and breakfast staff were awesome especially Abderazak, the cleaning staff was lovely. However, there was no Toothpaste in the room, no body wash, only hand wash. There was also no robe for the pool as well as no first aid box as someone in the group was ill over night and the front desk said there wasn't any first aid box. The breakfast had birds and that wasn't sanitary.

I had an amazing stay at Riad Nowara & Spa, but what truly made the experience unforgettable were Hamid and Idris. These two gentlemen went far above and beyond every single day — always welcoming, always smiling, and always ready to help with any question or request. One example says it all: I had booked a hammam and massage that unfortunately couldn’t take me at the scheduled time. Hamid immediately stepped in, worked some magic, made a few calls, and somehow managed to get me into another hammam just down the way within an hour. Completely stress-free thanks to him. Hamid and Idris genuinely care about their guests and make you feel more like family than a customer. Their kindness, hospitality, and attention to detail transformed my trip to Marrakech into something special. The riad itself is beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing, but it would not have been the same experience without them. The breakfast each morning was also outstanding — fresh, delicious, and the perfect way to start each day before exploring Marrakech. Sitting in the riad each morning with hot mint tea, fresh bread, fruit, and Moroccan specialties became one of my favorite parts of the trip. If you stay here, you are in very good hands. The stuffs there were very friendly, helpful and courtesy. Liked the breakfast. Plenty of food, with so many varieties to choose from. Will come back if we are in the area.
