Love this place!! This is approximately my 10th stay at Lohas!! The staff is always kind and courteous, the property is always clean and kept up, room comes with a full kitchen and a washer dryer which makes it convenient for me when Im traveling internationally. Highly recommend Lohas!! I will be back!!

Stayed here for 4 nights- two couples in two kitchenette suites. Location is great- close to a lot of shopping and trains.
Staff were friendly. Pool was nice. Plumbing was unacceptable- kitchenette faucet barely worked and bath faucet was not useful for much other than brushing teeth. Shower was ok but old step-in tub style. The A/C did not work well when we arrived, however they did get that working on day 2. We would probably not stay there again unless it was all we could afford.

"The hotel is nice, but the staff is not. The front desk staff, Kaoheaw and Meaya, were extremely rude both when I checked in and when I checked out. Maybe the staff just needs better customers service training."
