"Our stay at InterContinental Ha Long Bay was fantastic. The property is fairly new, and everything felt modern, clean, and well maintained. The rooms were beautiful and spotless, making it a very comfortable place to relax after a day of exploring the area. The staff throughout the resort were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and making sure we had everything we needed. The pool area was one of our favorite spots, especially with the bar right there. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the view. The beach was also great for walking. We loved strolling along the shoreline and seeing so many shells and bits of sea life along the way. It made for a really peaceful experience. We also treated ourselves to a couples massage at the spa, which was extremely relaxing and a great highlight of the trip. Overall, this is a beautiful resort with excellent service, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Ha Long Bay."

"This is a nice hotel, clean and well staffed in proximity of the city center. However the beautiful indoor unheated pool’s water can be somewhat cold at times and the gym’s fitness instruments or machines could be improved. The restaurant is quite adequate as well but the food preparation and service needs a bit of fine tuning. Besides that overall good hotel with a great stay and friendly staff. "
