"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were very responsive to requests, prompt in dealing with issues, and extremely well trained in hospitality. The quality control was impressive, especially in the food that was served at breakfast and dinner. The buffet was very well stocked and all the dishes I tried were delicious consistently. "¡El peor hotel en el que he estado en mi vida! Primero, nada más llegar, nos dicen que no tiene habitaciones, que nos vayamos a otro hotel. Tras discutir con ellos con la reserva ya pagada en Expedia, por fin nos dejan quedarnos (no lo entiendo, ¡sí tienen habitaciones!). Nos hacen rellenar un formulario de 4 páginas con mil datos, perdiendo media hora, cuando son las 11 de la noche y llevamos 8 horas en moto para llegar, cansadísimos.
