"The place is close to most places in the Galilee area and is great for families with kids. The view of the lake from the dining room is fantastic but you don't have access to the water. The rooms were clean and spacious. The only drawback was that we found the AC made the room initially too cold so we turned it off. There are lots of places to go for walks and a canoe/paddle boarding rental near by access from Yardenit down the road."

"The staff were wonderful. The breakfast was good & service also. However, the cleaning products used by the hotel had an overpowering, pervasive perfumey smell that was awful. And altho the hotel was almost empty, they put all 3 of our rooms facing the very busy, very noisy (all night) Main Street. It was only for 2 nights, so we didn’t ask to change it, but if going again, I’d definitely request otherwise. "

"Hotel and staff were nice. Beautiful and delicious hot breakfast with a large assortment of food. We were in a wing with central air conditioning that is not individually controlled and I did not know that. The A/C was off for the winter (end of October and it was a warm day) and the room was warm when we checked in. The staff got us fans so that we could open the windows and cool off the room. "The room as well as the elevators were dirty! A large group of young people from USA arrived to Hotel and there was a lot of noises, screaming, out loud music even late evenings but administration did nothing to calm down. Swimming pool and Gym open only from 10:00 am to 5 pm Breakfast was VERY GOOD!! "
