"We had a fantastic stay at this Bethel home. The house was exactly as described very clean, well maintained, and comfortable for this extended family trip. The host was extremely responsive and helpful before and during our stay, which made everything easy and stress-free.The hot tub was absolutely essential, especially after long days on the mountain—it was clean, hot, and a perfect way to unwind. The location was also ideal, just about 15 minutes from Sunday River, making it very convenient for skiing while still feeling quiet and private.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Bethel Sunday River area. "The room was clean and beautiful, overlooking the white mountains. I guess I didn't read the fine print because we were expecting some dining option. Sylvesters for dinner and the Market for breakfast were not far away. The coffee/beverage bar in the lounge is extraordinary. Would've appreciated some cleaning attention to the windows and screens so we could've taken full advantage of the view. I know that upkeep of the place must be all-comsuming. The host was quite welcoming and attentive. We would definitely go back. The building and furnishings are fascinating. "
