Great stay
The location , room cleanliness and actual grounds of the place perfect , definitely would recommend and come back to stay. Only suggestions would be a 2-ton ac wi how unit. During the hot months I think it would be a bit uncomfortable, granted we don’t stay in room much but after being out All day . Sleeping for me was just right with ceiling fan and large pedestal fan on high . But if it was 5-10 degrees hotter at night I wouldn’t of faired so well.. but it was perfect none the less

Key West Anniversary trip
This location is great for catching trolley or going to the beach. If you rent this property be aware of the pool pump outside,its next to the cottage. In the cottage , it's behind the bed and hummed all night. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the top of the blind mount that were dirty, it was black. We enjoyed the pool. There is a gas grill but we did not use it. There is a convenience store ablock down the street. The area felt cozy. My husband eants to rent again.

Great Location
The property is great for walking to all the points of interest. This property is well maintained. The space is adequate but could use some minor tweaks which I notified management about.

The room was much smaller than indicated The television didn’t work The entrance was tough and very dark at night This was WAY overpriced for what it was And when the other guests arrived they were very niceBUT very loud I will NEVER do another VRBO And discourage anyone from renting this

Perfect Long Weekend
What a perfect location - rent a golf cart from up the road and enjoy all the island has to offer - this was a perfect location. Pool was really nice to relax and step away. We were in for a long weekend and will come back again for sure!

I loved the stay
The only problem was on the last night AC was not doing the job. I think it was the compresser kick off at 71° and coming back on at 75°. This went on until 4:00 am before it cool down

We enjoyed our stay in the poolside paradise. The location was great. It’s just a few blocks from the southernmost point buoy. The pool was great to cool off in! There’s an ice cream/donut food truck and a place called lobster shack which were super close and delicious for poolside treat/snack. We rented bikes to get over to Mallory Square. Saved us from paying for parking. We spent a lot of time outdoors. That’s why the room worked out for us. The poolside paradise is not very large, but has what you need to sleep/shower. My only complaints are that there was no Roku/firestick for streaming, there was loud pool partying at 2am that woke me up (one night) and the room did get warm at times. We kept the bathroom door shut to keep it cooler through the day and night.

First time to the Keys
We enjoyed our stay, the property was private and just what we needed. The listing lead us to believe it was located right where everything happened but we were actually on the opposite side of the island from where everything happened. That was ok just not what we thought. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice quiet area
This is a cute studio that is two blocks from Duval. Nice and quiet, but not far from the action. Unit was very clean and so was the pool. Check in and out was super easy.

Perfect, quaint and private suite.
This cozy little suite was just the type of place we were looking for. Any couples who want a quiet little suite should go ahead and book the Tropical Paradise. My wife and I just loved it. Close to downtown.

Fun get away
I really enjoyed my stay. It was minutes from Duvall street which was great! The place was in great shape and great for two people. The pool was nice to jump in and cool off. I will definitely stay again!

Noisy and cramped
The rating for cleanliness is low because of the dog waste in the common areas. The room was next to the pool filtration system which was a constant irritating noise. The bathroom was located so near the filter that it was always uncomfortably hot. Other problems included the hairdryer in the bathroom catching fire and the door sticking so badly that at first it seemed the code to enter the unit was incorrect. Only later we were informed that "Kicking the door" was the common way to gain access. This room seemed more like a utility closet that the owners transformed into a somewhat usable space. The mangers were available to address our concerns about the faults, but that was small comfort to the overall discomfort of this room.

Poolside Studio!
This was the PERFECT place to stay as a couple for the week. We weren’t in our room much but it was great having the pool! We rented bikes and it was the perfect location for getting around all of Key West! Highly recommend!

Cozy cute little hideaway!
This was such an amazing converted pool house, my boyfriend and I stayed here for a week and loved it. I would definitely return, as the memories we made here are so more than worth it! I would like to note that contacting the manager was a little difficult. But when I finally got in touch they were very kind and professional.

This was a great location. Comfortable accommodations. The only negatives to report is that they should have at least two beach chairs (considering the price) and provide a hand out of recommended restaurants and local activities. Overall, we had a great experience.

This was a really nice location to Duval and the other rentals in this complex are nice. This was our first visit to Key West. Rented this studio. It looked cute on line and we knew we would be out and about most of the time. We were so disappointed. It smelled musty, chipped paint, dark dreary with no natural light, dirty windows covered by shutters that don't open, shade was almost falling down above the bed, rotted wood on deck, holes in the lattice, and cracked tiles on the floor. The wicker furniture was shabby. The kitchen table was all scratched. The flood light on the deck area was really weird. It came on by itself, had no switch. One night it flickered off and on all night like a strobe light, the next night it was off, the next night it stayed on and was so bright we couldn't sleep. It was hard to sleep anyways due to the VERY loud old air conditioner. The location is right next to the pool. You hear everything. People swimming at1:30am or up late everynight. And then the pool pump is right near this place too,, so you hear that. The little place has potential. I would not stay in the poolside paradise, but would the other cottages. A renter gave us a tour of theirs and it was so nice. Sad that the little poolhouse is so neglected. It could be super cute and beachy.

We had the best time! Everything was just perfect! The place was clean, had plenty of room and the location could not have been better! I loved that it was right by the pool, not to mention so close to the beach and so close to the night life! We will definitely be back and we would live to stay in the same unit again! Stayed Wednesday-Sunday, and had a great time. Spent evenings and mornings at the unit, but was out most of the time. Was great to come back to the pool for an evening swim and a quiet room to unwind. Great experience!

Overall it was a good stay as we only used the room to sleep, my issue was the fact that the pool is next to the room and guests from other units were making a lot of noise very late. We couldn’t sleep, you should have rules for the use of the pool. The TV seem that only has one channel.

Great location
We had a really nice time. Chjeck-in ad check-out was totally great and easy. The cottage is nice and comfortable. Bed is a little "saggy" and needs to be replaced, but overall a nice place. Outdoor patio furniture needs to be replaced. Chaise lounges all had holes in the plastic rattan and were really not usable. Compound is quiet and peaceful. would go back again.

Great room, great location
We loved our stay in the Poolside Paradise room. Great location within walking distance to everything including the Duval Loop free bus. Mini mart close by, rental bicycles close by, great restaurants and bars all close by! We enjoyed sitting by the pool and meeting fellow renters. Our only complaint is a very noisy AC unit. We were missing coffee cups and they were brought over within 15 minutes of our texting. Can't do better than that.

Not good from start to finish.
The property was nicely located and the bed comfortable. Had to step over garbage going in and then the porch was filthy, everything covered in mold. The porch cover was ripped and molded. The microwave didn’t work. Very small and narrow. The kitchen table was scratched up, the bed stands dirty and the tv changer filthy. Couldn’t use the porch because of mold. The pool deck was moldy. There were holes in the lattice work. It was very shabby.

Wife and I stayed here for a week and loved every moment of it. Room is spacious and clean. Bed is very comfortable. Kitchenette is all you need. The grounds and pool were very well maintained. Would definitely stay again!

The Cottage was precious—exactly like the photos!! The location was perfect, very clean, everything we needed was there, private, safe, other guests were friendly and fun and we enjoyed hearing and seeing the ‘special guests/residents’ (chickens, roosters and iguanas). Start to finish was easy and staff was only a phone call away if needed. We loved our stay !!!!!

Location was great. Walking distance to everything. Nice pool and hot tub. Common areas well maintained and other guests great. We were disappointed that first night we found our bed dirty. We arrived after midnight and found sand and hairs in bed. It appeared slept in. The rest of unit was clean however. We contacted property managers in am because so late and issue was fixed within half hour. They also refunded night and resolved issue with us however it took 3 calls to get fixed. Other guest had no cleanliness issues and some had been coming back year after year. Seems like could have been a fluke. Overall a good stay.
