There is no requirement for the months of August & September. For example 2 nights you would need a minimum 2 hour charter. If you stay 4 nights you would be required to book a minimum 4 hour charter. Please contact me if you do not want to go out on a private cruise. If your group is less than 4 people please contact me about your booking and let me know how many people will be staying.

Required charter payments are to be processed within 7 days of booking. Guests canceling more than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date may choose a refund or rain check in lieu of a refund. Guests that wish to cancel within 60 days of their scheduled arrival date are given a rain check. Rain check's are redeemable one full calendar year from date of the scheduled charter. Due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, mechanical issues, etc.); We will issue a raincheck. If these unforeseen circumstances cause there to be a modification to your scheduled charter time/day during your stay, you are still required to go on the charter or take a rain check.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
The host asked me to cancel my reservation even though the issue wasn’t my fault. I explained that he should be the one to cancel since the dates no longer worked for him. After that, he stopped responding completely and didn’t even message me on the day of the supposed reservation. Very unprofessional and disappointing communication.
