This magnificent 5 bedroom Mediterranean villa has a landmark presence, complete privacy and a breathtaking outdoor plaza, refreshing pool, endless gardens and is rented monthly. | The gourmet kitchen features 'Blue Viola" granite counter tops, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and a large entertaining island including wine storage. There are 3 large bedrooms on the first floor; each beautifully appointed with luxury linens and furnishings. The generous living room and private dining room feature hand painted finishes, with sumptuous furniture while merging seamlessly with the indoor/outdoor lifestyle Key West is famous for. The second floor has two elegant bedrooms with walk in closets and baths ensuite. There is covered parking for one vehicle and plenty of space to bring in your island bicycles, mopeds or golf carts! Nearby enjoy Higgs Beach, Salute Restaurant, Louie's Backyard, and the White Street gallery district! NOTE:This property is monthly rental - the minimum rental period is 29 nights/30 days, except for February, which is 28 nights!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is great. A few mechanical issues were quickly resolved by the managers. The only fix needed is access to Netflix was blocked by unavailable PIN numbers and we could not log into our account.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great with the home. If I would have anything negative to say would be the cooking pots and pans need to be updated badly and the cable tv did not work at the beginning of the trip and quit again at the end of the trip.The home and pool area where fantastic and the location I’d very quite .
