Slide into paradise with this immaculate, renovated residence featuring an 80-foot composite dock and direct Vaca Cut access for seamless Ocean & Bay excursions! The fenced backyard screams FUN with a large heated pool (fees may apply for heat)  & unique grotto with a water slide, sure to entertain both kids & adults alike! Panoramic views await from the wrap-around balcony with a sprawling screened porch connecting to 2 of the 3 bedrooms and the lavish open living spaces designed for comfort.  Just  3 minutes from beloved Sunset Park, which offers lots more fun to be had! 2 sections of boat dockage each 25 ft. to accommodate your boat. Note:  Great access to open water!  The boat lift pictured will not be available for guest use.

Please Note: The waterfall feature pictured in the photos will not be in operation and will not be available for guest use during your stay. The rest of the pool grotto and outdoor amenities remain fully accessible and ready for your enjoyment.

This house was amazing. The house was very clean and had everything you needed. I tried to reach out to the rental management company a couple of times with a question about the pool, but got no response. All and all a fantastic vacation!

This home is Beautiful! We loved this home and its location on Key Colony. The pool area is beautiful, however, you will need bug repellent for the eating and lounging area.My husband and I did not care for the mattress topper on the king bed and did not sleep well on it.Naps were difficult due to noise at the neighbor's homes, whether construction or landscaping, loud machinery was a constant throughout the day.

We had an incredible time staying at this beautiful house in Marathon, Florida! The property was spotless, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The huge yard was absolutely stunning, featuring a fantastic pool with a slide and cave that our young kids couldn't get enough of! We loved the spacious hangout areas, both in the sun and shaded under the house. The outdoor seating under the house, with its comfy couches and TV, was the perfect spot to relax for dinner after a day of sun. We also loved how close the house is to Sunset park - perfect for walks with the kids. Something super important to note are the beds and bedding - A!! Soo comfortable, which is one of the most important things to us when traveling especially with our kids. My family had such a restful, memorable vacation here that we’ve already decided to make it an annual tradition. Highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a perfect family getaway in KCB!
