I had a great time. I daughter enjoyed the water park and she always took part in Some of the resort activities. Joseph Thomas was a great entertainer we did pool aerobics and went bowling and had lots of fun.

The most relaxing resort stay I ever had in the Caribbean. No noise. Jungle setting was unique. Rooms (bungalow) was awesome experience. Staff was not in your face all the time and was there only when you wanted or needed them. Swim up bar was just the right size and setting for us. Kudos. I try all kinds of resorts but I may even be back here sooner rather than later.

The beach was clean and well kept. You don't need to buy anything sold on the beach or outside of the property.

The report is about a hour and 15 minutes from the airport. Clean and beautiful property. Staff was very polite and welcoming. Most of the food and drinks were good. However, the one night I ordered room service, meal was overcooked and the texture was like a hockey puck. I called down to guest services and I was told that they would make a note on my reservation. An incident report was supposed to be filled out, but was not.,there wasn’t any note on my reservation and I was not informed until it was time to check out. I was charged and I could not eat the meal. I still have not received a refund til this day. There was another incident with making a reservation for the hibachi restaurant. Guest services called the restaurant and made the reservation for us. The host at the restaurant did not schedule it. when we got there, they did not have our reservation on file. We had to wait two hours.
