"The apartment is new and modern, the living room is awesome, very nice and large. Kitchen is a bit basic but ok, TV offers many channels and online streams. The garden and terrace were also nice.We heard quite some noise from the neighbors upstairs which was ok for us, yet might be annoying with smaller kids who sleep early.Keeping it clean was a bit of a problem without vacuum or broom, and the garbage container was very full.Overall a great stay and we would happily come again!"

"Leider hat der Check In nicht wirklich geklappt. Im Schlüsselkasten war kein Schlüssel somit mussten wir 45 min warten bis der Schlüssel gebracht wurde. Die Sauberkeit war nicht wirklich toll. Sehr viel Staub auf allen Möbeln und der Backofen war sehr schmutzig. "

Parkmöglichkeiten gab es leider fast keine, bei der Matratze und dem Kissen sollte man auch auf eine höhere Qualität setzen - wir hatten quasi jeden Morgen Nackenschmerzen. Sauberkeit war top (außer Kleinigkeiten beim Geschirr, das geht aber wohl auf's Konto der vorherigen Gäste). Bei Empfindlichkeit was Lärm angeht, sollte man den Straßennamen ernst nehmen - die Kirche gibt jeden Morgen locker 10min ein Geläuter-Konzert, was...

"The apartment manager is incredibly friendly, and the apartment is super clean. We did miss a cooking pan, but overall, the apartment had everything. There were also private parking spaces behind a gate. There wasn’t much to do in the neighborhood, but with an Uber or Lime scooter, you could easily get downtown, where there’s plenty to do."

"Die Wirtin haben wir nicht kennengelernt. Die Wohnung über 2 Etagen verfügte über eine Treppe,die nicht durch ein Geländer abgesichert war. Das Bad lag vorgelagert auf einem Flur auf dem noch die schmutzige Bettwäsche lag, der Flur wurde als Zugang zu anderen Räumen benutzt und war mit Zigaretten Qualm geräuchert. Im Bad wären nicht ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden. Die Küche verfügte weder über Kaffeemaschine noch einen Toaster. Ich hätte mir auch eine etwas gepflegere Umgebung auf dem Hof...

"An incredible option for a value for money stay in Venlo. You may not get a pool, or a restaurant etc. but you do get all that you actually need and nothing more. No unnecessary frills just the basics done superbly well. A spacious room, decent shower room/toilet/wash-basin etc. Huge tv on the wall opposite the bed. What you do get is location! Sited very close to the railway station, and a 5 ionise walk to the town centre with its array of squares, bars, restaurants, cafés, etc. Shopping is amazing too. Town centre is pedestrianised so it's great for a stroll in the evening and in the day too. Hotel offers complementary pastries and coffee etc. in the morning, and you can have a seat on the terrace out front to have breakfast, or just a beer/coffee. Staff are super nice and welcoming. And all of this comes at a very reasonable price. You get what you want, pay only for what you really need, and don't have to stump up for stuff you just don't need. All in all the best value/quality balance for a stay in Venlo."
