Just off the living room is a delightful screened porch, with comfortable dining set and lounge chairs overlooking the lakefront. To the right of the living room is the newly renovated cooks' kitchen. The chef of your group will be bursting with excitement preparing meals for family and friends. This room boasts all new cupboards, quartz countertops, fixtures and luxury vinyl plank flooring that expands the length of the kitchen and dining area. Offering 100sqft of additional space, the kitchen will soon be one of your groups favorite areas to gather and share stories while preparing for your dining in at the lake experience.

Just off the kitchen, the previously known guest bedroom has been converted into a first-floor master bedroom and has been expanded to add over 100sfqt of additional living space, new luxury vinyl plank flooring, wall mount 50' TV and walk-in closet. The ensuite bath offers a walk-in shower and luxury finishes.

Upstairs, the second master suite can be found. Offering a king size bed, 55" TV, walk-in closet and newly remodeled ensuite bath, this room will have you feeling like a king or queen. Just down the hall is a bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds, and another bedroom with a queen bed, and 37" TV. All upstairs bedrooms overlook the exceptional lakefront. A full bathroom with shower/tub combo is located off the hall just across from the stairwell.

Maya's Palace is ideally located just a few miles away from downtown Penn Yan where local favorites like Seneca Farms Ice Cream, the Water Street Wine Bar and Keuka Restaurant can be found. Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.

1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
8. 2 dogs allowed maximum and $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies per dog. Non- aggressive breeds only. NO Rottweilers, Pit bulls or Dobermans per the owners insurance company.
