Good but needs some upgrades!
Fantastic location- great house for a large group. However, The house is in need of upgrades. Everyone of our guests complained about the very hard mattresses and old bedding. The bedspreads were so old they had a smell to them so we had to pull them off of the beds. That left us with just a light sheet and a blanket - it was very cold and uncomfortable at night. The house was not cleaned up to our standards with food crumbs in areas, patio furniture that was not clean, dirty windows and screens - screen doors that were off their tracks and leaning against walls, and old rugs in Master that were very dirty.
With all of that, we would absolutely stay again but I will suggest bringing your own bedding and double checking on the cleaning protocol.
