This beautiful single family home was originally two townhomes and has been combined into a spacious family compound. Features 2 kitchens, 2 private decks, dual 2-car garages, and great separation. Ideal for large families or multiple couples. With 7 Bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 2 living areas, 2 dining rooms, office space and extensive patios, this home has room for everyone. Great location, close to town, restaurants and all that Sun Valley has to offer.
We also have a media room, an office space off one of the Living Rooms and an extra bonus room that could be used as an additional sleeping space, workout room, or an additional office. Each side has an eat in breakfast area off the kitchen as well as a dining room. The kitchens are well stocked and have everything you would need to host a large family.
