Ketchum Stay
We spent a month at Mary Ann's house and it was perfect. We could walk to downtown Ketchum and the River Run base. Our dogs loved walking around the neighborhood and the nearby bike path. The house was comfortable and well equipped and any questions we had were easily answered with a review of the many instruction sheets placed throughout the house. The Village Market was very convenient. We had a great time - and appreciate that Mary Ann is willing to share her house with others.

Lovely Log Cabin
This log cabin was perfect for our family of 5 with 3 older kids. Very welcoming and cozy atmosphere with lots of books and outdoor-themed decor. The location was great - close to skiing and downtown. Would recommend!

So peaceful!!!
This cabin pairs nicely with the laid- back Ketchum vibe. Located in a quiet forested neighborhood a few blocks from downtown, this dog friendly home is surrounded by tall pine and aspen trees. Our golden retrievers loved the large securely fenced yard. Inside, the home was very clean. An extensive book collection throughout the house will encourage you to put down the phone. A great place to relax and recharge. We will definitely come back. Mary Ann is a great host. Steve and Teena and Luka and Murphy.

Perfect size for our family and Location was perfect near town, bike trail and Bald Mountain. Great outdoor space and views. After a few recommendations to the owner about outdoor comfort for future guests (including new lounge chairs) , she was very accommodating and already making changes. Would stay here again.

Escaping the Texas Heat

Great cabin in Ketchum
We really enjoyed our stay at this cozy warm home. It is very close to the River Run lift and town. We stayed for 4 weeks and got a lot of snow during the first several weeks. The homeowner has very reliable services to make sure all was safe and properly taken care of. The house has a well stocked kitchen - all the tools needed to make delicious meals. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms are small but adequate. The owner was easy to reach and very accommodating. We really enjoyed the home, the town the skiing and the other winter activities of the area.

Everything a home needs!
Very comfortable and functional property! Kitchen well stocked…very comfy home. Great, quiet neighborhood location. The back yard was nice and the garage bay access was even nicer! Bring your own shower supplies. Bring your own Roku or Chrome stick. If you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs; if the upstairs twin bedroom is in use, there’s a lot of noise transference as is common in the cabin-type homes.

This was a wonderful place to stay, perfect location walking distance to most everything in town. The house was exactly as the photos showed. The patio between the homes was a nice outdoor dining area, we had access to a garage to store our bikes and everything about the home was laid out and explained. Charming log cabin with all the amenities. Maybe a lounge chair or two outside would be more comfortable to read/hang out on other than a picnic table. Very quiet and walkable to shopping and hiking. Very quiet neighborhood! Would highly recommend!

Great Property for a Family and a Dog
We brought Sky, our 18-month-old golden retriever, to Ketchum with us. This property was ideal for Sky and the four adults who accompanied her. There is a great fenced side yard where Sky could run and play (and nap). The adults enjoyed the comfortable log cabin -- perfect for reading and relaxing. If you're like us, you'll love it too.

Definitely a “Home away from home”
This place really worked for us. Very comfortable and nice layout. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms is nice for couples. The location is near the groomed wood river trail that allows for an easy walk into Ketchum or to River Run lift at Sun Valley. Dog friendly is a nice feature, as one couple brought their pup. This place is a charm. Would recommend.

Mary Ann’s home has a great location close to Ketchum but is also private and quiet. The two bedrooms upstairs gave our kids their privacy, too. The kitchen was well stocked, and the living areas were cozy. We loved being able to have our dog with us. Would stay again. Thanks, Mary Ann!

Cozy Hideaway
This cozy hideaway, is sitting in a prime location to slopes and town, but you feel hidden away. We adored the charm of the cabin ambiance. Cute fishing/duck/winter log cabin with all the amenities you need in for a wonderful stay. We had lots of extra snow, but the wonderful owner took care of all our needs.She was extremely nice and easy to reach!!! We hope to come again soon.

From our arrival you could feel every thought out detail! The carved doors and custom accents are stunning. We loved everything about it! There are a lot of books for reading with enjoyment for most tastes! The yard is quiet and beautiful! Quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed the easy hiking around and the short walk to town. Perfect Ketchum retreat
This charming cabin had everything we needed from comfortable beds to a well stocked kitchen. The property is conveniently located near the Wood River and walkable around town, yet felt very private and quiet. The courtyard, picnic table, and backyard were ideal for outdoor relaxing and a place for our dog to feel at home. Above all, Mary Ann was very accommodating and flexible with our needs. Her communication was beyond a 5-star rating!

Secluded Ketchum
This is a quiet corner of Ketchum that is perfect for walks and hanging out. It has everything you might want if traveling with a dog including a fenced grass yard. The home is filled with memorabilia of fishing and outdoor adventure. Mary Ann is very easy to work with and the house has everything you might need for a stay in Sun Valley.

Wonderful spring break with family!
It was our first time in Sun Valley and we enjoyed our stay at Mary Ann's house a lot! The house is extremely conveniently located with easy access to Ketchum downtown, Sun Valley and ski lifts (River run is a short walk - and even a shorter drive - away). The house sits on a quiet street in the woods by the river and has a lot of character with wood panels, beautiful wood floors, wood carvings and animal paintings throughout. Other highlights: a well stocked kitchen, great cookbooks and a cozy fireplace in the living room. We would definitely stay here again if we are back to Sun Valley area!

A home from home
We had a fabulous time in this cozy home. We loved its location- super close to the river and a huge long paved trail. Town is two minutes away my car, 5-10 minute walk to the nearest grocery store. River run ski lift is two minutes by car but also walkable. The kitchen is well appointed, everything we needed was there. Mary Ann was a very friendly host with a quick response to all our questions. This was our first trip to Sun valley. We will definitely come back. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location
Our family of four (me, husband & two teenagers) and two dogs enjoyed our stay here for the Christmas holiday. Couldn’t have been better!
We had an amazing time! Couldn’t ask for a better location. River and Greenbelt access across the street. Restaurants and shops a few blocks away. Everything was perfect. Had the privilege of meeting Mary Ann the homeowner. She loves her community and has the tenants wants and needs upfront. It was extremely important to her to make sure we had a great time. I really appreciated that. My wife and I go to Sun Valley every year for our anniversary. This year was extra special under the circumstances… We have a 11-year-old yellow lab that isn’t going to be around much longer and neither one of us wanted to leave her. Mary Ann’s place allowed pets. Not only did she allow our Sadie girl but her place was so pet friendly. Well lit, fenced and many many dog friendly amenities included. Such a memorable few days. I would HIGHLY recommend Mary Ann and her beautiful log home. -Chad & Elizabeth-

I stayed at Mary Ann’s cabin with my boyfriend, his 19 year old daughter, my 4.5 year old son, and our dog. Check in process was really easy and the cabin is beautiful and cozy. It was nice everyone had their own bedrooms with their own bathrooms. If you love to read books like me, you will really appreciate Mary Ann’s book collection. The kitchen is so well stocked with every tool, utensils, dish ware, glassware, and even spices. I think it’s actually better stocked than my own kitchen! There were plenty of towels and amenities like hair dryers, bar soaps, and even cotton rounds for my make up remover! You can tell Mary Ann put a lot of thought into making her cabin a comfortable home away from home for her guests. Besides how wonderful the cabin itself was. It was also located in a very centralized location. There is a trail across the road that takes you to the Big Wood River, about a 5min walk. The Village Market is a short 3-5 minute drive downtown. The cabin is close to all the restaurants in downtown Ketchum and althiugh we chose to drive because of my 4yr old, you can easily get to town by a short walk. Mary Ann is super helpful and responsive. I definitely recommend staying here and would love to do it again next year.

Cozy Log home in beautiful Ketchum
My Family and I enjoyed our week in this cozy, comfortable, beautiful home that was well stocked with everything you would need for cooking, baking and to bbq. Your book/magazine selection was pretty cool to relax and get a read in! The most awesome feature about the location of this home is that it is walking distance to many bike trails and to the ski resort. We were amazed on how quiet it is here, any time of the day. It was absolutely peaceful and we would definitely recommend this home to anyone. Thank you for sharing your beautiful slice of heaven with us!
