It was clean and new. But first impression is walking into a room that is the same shape and size of any standard Hilton or other hotel room. After staying at Wynn before, we thought a high end hotel would have a larger room and bathroom like Wynn did. But not at FountaineBleu. It was clean and new and nice, but for a premium price, we were disappointed. And then our casting to the TV wasn't working on their system and the facilities guy fixed it for one day after 30 minutes, and then it failed again the next two. So we couldn't play music in the room since they don't have any other speaker. And our maids never came one day despite calling twice during the day. It was a very busy Memorial Day weekend, and they comp'ed us some money due to the problems, so that is the excuse and at least they did something. It was so full there were lines at the elevators sometimes and a lot of guests were upset about that. If you are young enough, a lot people seemed to enjoy their outdoor club during the day at a separate pool there. And Komodo was an excellent in-hotel restaurant, and Mother Wolf restaurant there is one of the best Italian places I've been too, including many in Italy. We LOVED it. Everything we had was EXCELLENT and I was there with a former chef who agreed and loved it as well. Don's Prime steakhouse there was OK, but I wouldn't go back and would find a different place. Steak was good but everything else was just OK or not great.

Shower had hair in it, tub wasn’t clean, faucets covered in mold and buildup, contact lens on the floor, so dirty floor, shower handle broke (fixed myself), and was money grabbed for every little thing that is included in every other hotel on earth. Also, room key wouldn’t let me out of parking garage, had to call for assistance every single time. Overall not impressed. For what EVERYTHING in that place costs, I expected for it to at least feel upscale, I’ve stayed at a best western in the middle of Georgia that was cleaner and more put together. If you’re going to price gouge, at least make it seem like it’s worth it…

Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff are very accommodating and responsive. Would stay here again.

We arrived around 1PM and absolutely no wait for check in! They warned us about long line at time of check out, and recommended self-check out from the room. That was a great recommendation! The stay was wonderful, definitely we will be back!

Room was spectacular as was all areas of the staff.
