it is located 4km from town and it is completely isolated. The hotel staff was very helpful and help food thorugh grab. i cycle tour and bicycle can be park inside the chalet ground floor which is good.

Worst Experience Ever

Do not stay at this place. The service is bad, the location is like next to the jungle where there is no lamp lights at night. I reached and checked in at 3PM, unbeliavable to see that they gave me a room which was not ready to check in and uncleaned. I asked for another room but they insisted to let me wait for few more minutes and sarcastically said "we will housekeeping the room within 2minutes so you dont have to wait any longer". Just imagine how the cleanliness would be? To make the experience worse, this place is haunted because I had an experience where "someone" has knocked my door at 12am,1am,2am & 4am. I decided to check out 2 nights earlier and checked in to another hotel which is located in the town centre. Also, Kerteh Damansara Inn is not suitable for single lady to stay as they just combine male & female under one house. Their concept is kind of like homestay concept where you will see multiple bunglow consist of few rooms in it. They will give you access card for each room. Since Kerteh, is an Oil & Gas hub, and during Turnaround or Plant Shutdown, there will be more general workers who will come to Kerteh & usually stay in KDI. Again, not suitable for ladies & single lady traveller.
