Ferguson Farmhouses on Oak Lake with 176 feet of shoreline in Kerrick Minnesota.

  • Ferguson Farmhouse originally had 282 acres with over 10,000ft of lake shore. Today the private property has approximately 3 acres and 176 feet of shoreline on Oak Lake. Its on a private dead end road. The best place to be in the morning is in the porch watching the sunrise. While drinking coffee with friends and family. The sunsets are amazing from the end of the driveway. it is approximately 35-40 minutes south of Duluth and 1&1/2 hours north of the Twin Cities. No baby wipes, tampons or condoms disposed in toilets. The septic tank and the items mentioned will clogged the septic system. Quiet time 11pm-7am.
