Great little retreat

Wonderful little property right next to the lake. We had an unfortunate water issue , and the property manager was on site and offered a full refund for the inconvenience. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice tiny home

As the description says, this is a tiny home. It is clean well furnished has a very nice deck and lake view. A perfect place to stay for a day or two. This is a gated community for tiny homes and trailers. All appear to be clean and well kept.

Great tiny home by the water

Tom ‘s tiny home by the water is excellent. He has it set up perfect for guest from shampoo and conditioner and body wash in the shower to all the cookware, Internet, TV, etc. etc.. Everything you need when you are away from home is there. Also, Peninsula point where the tiny home is located as a great community With a community pool, playground and gated for safety. I definitely recommend Tom ‘s tiny home.

The home pics equal what is live. Owner/Management was quick to respond to our concerns and questions. The place is beautiful but just good for 2 or 3 people. The Dock rules are tricky but stay in touch with the owner. The community rangers are good help and guidance I wish each property had a way to secure the lawn and do k so no one breaks the rules. Overall a beautiful place!!

Beautiful and peaceful

The tiny home was well appointed very clean and well positioned at the lake. The bedroom was bright due to the home next door but i had brought my sleep mask so i was happy about that. I would stay again and definitely recommend it to anyone.

Wonderful place!

We needed a stress-free stay, and this place was perfect. Just big enough for the 2 of us, beautiful views, and close to Corsicana for restaurants and shopping. Definitely coming back!

Wedding Weekend

My fiancé and I got married at the venue down the road. We stayed at this location due to proximity to the venue and the waterfront with dock access. It was perfect for our wedding weekend and wedding night. I did need to get ahold of the owner and he was quick to respond and answer my questions. Loved us a Dock Holiday away!

A little mixup at first but over all very good.Loved access to lake. The view was very nice.Only suggestion you may add a few more wash clothes to bathroom.Consider a mat in bottom of shower due to its very slick.Overall very nice.

Storm coming

Place was great and guy was friendly. Super big storm came through though and the electricity went out. It was pretty intense. Hope to come back again and enjoy the whole night next time.
