Mediterranean charm greets you as you enter this enchanting property, the living area with a cosy sofa and TV flows to a large dining area seating 8 but with room for more. An open plan full kitchen with all the amenities, including a dishwasher, fridge freezer and full range cooker available to help with your holiday catering. The living area opens out, via double doors onto a sun-soaked private terrace, featuring a large private pool.

Here you’ll be able to dine al fresco seating up to eight, perfect for a meal in the sun, or dining under the stars. The terrace area is also equipped with a barbecue and sun loungers for the complete holiday experience.


Spread over two floors the townhouse can comfortably sleep up to 10 people, featuring five large light and airy double rooms with views over the pool and a quiet, lush valley beyond.

Location
The townhouse is well located in the centre of the island of Gozo in the village of Kercem which is surrounded by the beautiful lush green landscape of Gozo. Kercem is a leisurely 30-minute stroll away from the bustling town and capital of Gozo, Victoria.

Victoria is a historical town known for its ancient medieval citadel and fortified walls with many museums and tours dedicated to its ancient history. Victoria is also the home to St. George’s Basilica known for its opulent interior. Independence Square or It-Tokk has open-air cafes and market stalls selling local produce and souvenirs. St. George’s square is brimming with al-fresco cafes and bistros.

The island is easily accessible by ferry terminal at the Mgarr Harbour, the ferry takes foot and vehicle passengers and takes about 25 minutes to make the crossing to Cirkewwa Ferry terminal. The terminal is about 40km away from the airport.
