10 days stay, we had to take care if the cleaning, garbage,changing our sheets and towels ourselves. No soap, shampoo, hair dryer etc. Nothing beside a kettle a fridge and a microwave. Broken key for both windows it was terribly hot in the room and couldn’t open the windows 😫 In another hand the location is exceptional. Primo (comparable to a Walmart), McDonald, Train station, Restaurants and Karaoke bars all just a few 100ft from the hotel. We would not recommend the hotel for somebody who are very picky about cleanliness and are used to services but personally if we ever return to Kerava we would go back to this hotel

Simple accommodation, but in poor shape

You can't expect much with this kind of place, but cleanliness and things not broken should be a given. On my room the showerhead was broken and the toilet ring was burned with a cigarette.

The room where I stayed had a lot of noises. For instance, there is a karaoke bar below which was drilling heavy machinery at the middle of the night from 23-24 from Saturday to Sunday nights. The room was very cold. Also, other residents staying would run around yelling, screaming, and closing the door very loudly. I stayed with my daughter, it felt unsafe even in Finland. Unfortunately, i will not recommend this.

No rempattavaa siellä olisi kyllä, suihkutilassa tuli vedet jaloille kun hampaita pesi ja pidesuihkun letkuteline oli irti jne. Tv ei toiminut jne. Käytävä- ja rapputila olivat ok.

Palaute Kerava hotellista

Huone oli liian kuuma,katto ja lattiatuulettimesta huolimatta, ikkunakaihdin oli rikki, ei toiminut kuin kädellä autettuna, vetonaru katkesi. WC paperirullateline oli laitettu liian täyteen, ei onnistuttu vetämään wc-paperia joten irtorulla oli käytössä. Huone oli piha aukion puolella (prisman puolella)joten ihmisten naurut, autojen yms muut äänet kuuluivat selvästi.

Oli hyvä hotellihuone jossa oli puhtaat lakanat ja pyyhkeet ja kaikki. Mukava sänky jossa oli hyvä nukkua ja siisti kylppäri jossa oli mukava käydä suihkussa. Voin suositella.

Huone ja rappukäytävä olivat tukalan kuumia ! Avasimme ison ikkunan tuulettaaksemme, mutta viikonloppuyön melu oli todella häiritsevä. Siis huonelämpötila epäterveellisen korkea !

Tappava kuumuus huoneessa

Huone oli kuin uuni. Kuumuuden ja ulkoa kuuluvien äänien vuoksi emme saanet nukutuksi, ja kotimatkalle lähdimme väsyneinä. Matkustajailmoituksia ei näkynyt missään, joten niitä emme täyttäneet.

Varatessani paikkaa olisin jo toivonut selkeää tietoa siitä, että hotellissa ei ollut palveluja. Se ei sinänsä haitannut, mutta yllätti. Koodin käyttö oli ihan alussa pulmallista, ikäni puolesta ja koska olin yksin ja harvoin käytän hotellipalveluja.Olisin toivonut hiukan runsaampaa välinevalikoimaa aterioinnin suhteen, ja pienen ruokapöydän ja mukavan tuolin. Tämä siksi, koska olin matkakaranteenissa koronan tähden ja huone oli enemmän kuin yöpymispaikka. Wifin salasanan olisi ollut hyvä löytää huoneesta, sen sijaan että piti soittaa ja kysyä. Tässä siis vain ongelmia, joita kohtasin, mutta sain ne ratkaistuksi ja olen tyytyväinen majoitukseen.

Uudistunut

Hotellia oli kivasti uudistettu sekä huoneitten osalta että aulatiloista sitten Cosmopolin. Myönteistä se ettei yökerhoa ole enää alhaalla niin on rauhallista nukkua. Ainoa miinus tulee puuttuvasta wc-paperin vararullasta.
