The customer service is excellent and Room 7 was excellent as it was spread over two floors with a balcony overlooking the street and additional outside sunbathing area which wasn’t overlooked. Although situated in the old town and very close to the restaurants and shops, you do not get any noise disruption - in fact it’s an ideal place in an ideal position."

"If you want to relax and enjoy the beach then this place is perfect. We enjoyed having a kitchenette so that when we wanted a little break from the beach, we could quickly go back to our room and have a snack. The staff always ensured that our room was clean and if we needed anything then they were able to assist us (ex. Calling a taxi or printing a voucher). "

"This villa exceeded our expectations in every level. The location was quiet and serene with sweeping views of the wild Cretan mountains, gorge and sea. The home was spacious, in excellent working order in all regards and had the most comfortable beds Coco Mat. The owners Nick and Vasiliki are great led us with a full course dinner, wine, olive oil and fruit which was completely unexpected but very much appreciated. They staff are excellent always welcoming, the rooms were clean and we booked a suite with a private pool this was amazing. We loved the privacy and the fantastic view over the hills.
