I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Raingsey Bungalow. The setting is beautiful and my room was spacious, comfortable and clean. I also had a little porch outside my room where I was able to sit with a drink during Happy Hour and watch the sun set. It was a very chilled out space. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, providing tips and information about things to see and do in Kep. Highly recommended.

Great stay
Great Stay! Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Felt very secluded even though it is close to a main road and within a 10 min walk of the crab market. Spent a very refreshing and relaxing afternoon at the pool. It also made for a great end to the evening sitting in a hammock listening to the surrounding nature.

Nice getaway in the middle of nature. New owner is very friendly and good ol' favourite place in Kep is still in it's old glory. Simple, easy, reasonably priced. Food was good too!

Comfortable and relaxing stay. Bungalows and pool were lovely. Marie and staff went out of their way to provide information and help at every opportunity. Continental breakfast was great especially the coffee flower honey.

Look great and reviews good but so dissappointed. King rooms need a massive clean up especially bathroom yuk. Aminals in when eating breakfast not good. Roosters woke us up at 4am .ended up leaving the place and went to a very clean hotel

Dear Shirley, Thank you for your feedback, we believe all feedback be it negative or positive is helpful in running a business, it informs us where improvement can be made and what we are already doing right. As far as the early morning noises from the neighbouring cockerels there is not a lot we can do about that except maybe add fresh chicken to the menu... Animals in the restaurant. You are referencing to our quiet and old dog, Chan, nobody never complained about him before. You also failed to mention that the Resort offered you your last night free of charge before you shifted to another Hotel in which you raved about, you of course did not state that the new hotel was just that, a new hotel and you willingly paid an extra $25 per night on top of what you were paying at our small establishment. We are deeply sorry that you did not like your stay at Raingsey Bungalow, and we are thanking you again for sharing your feedback with us. Kind regards,

A great relaxing hotel just on the outskirts of town. Beautiful swimming pool and restaurant area complimented by friendly staff. Complimentary tuk tuk into town at various times of the day.

Beautiful mellow place - highly recommended!
Surprisingly wonderful residence 5 mins walk from Kep crab market. It's beautiful pool and lovely little bungalow rooms are the perfect place to stay in this mellow little town. We spent two days here - we could have happily stayed longer (and paid more for the pleasure)

A very pleasant stay. The rooms had huge beds and hot showers. The pool is the centrepiece and was clean and great to use during the heat of the day. The property is a short way up a track from the main road (but closer than many other nearby places) and is only around 10 minutes walk from the crab market in one direction and the Sailing Club in the other (great place for sunset cocktails and dinner). The track is a little rough but can be accessed with care by tourist vans and tuk tuks. Pleasant staff and a good selection of drinks although I didn't eat there apart from one breakfast. They sell craft beer too!!! Great place for a relaxing break.

A Friendly Place
Pros: Helpful, friendly staff, a pool, and it’s close enough to the sea and national park trails. Cons: more clothes/towel racks needed in the room and a rack stand is needed outside the room. A better night light is needed in the parking area as it’s now tough to see to lock up a motorbike at night when returning from a restaurant. The chickens and roosters roaming everywhere need to be rounded up as they are noisy starting at about 1am. They charge for eggs in the complimentary breakfast, which I have never seen before and I write travel guidebooks on Cambodia.

We are sorry about the night lights, we have a short circuit and due to the rain we could not light it, but it is fixed now. About the eggs, our breakfast is continental, so the eggs are not included. But it is only 1.50 USD for a full plate with bacon. Calm and relaxing
Raingsey Bungalows is a low-key, relaxed hotel with a serene pool area. The bungalows are well equipped with A/C, fridge and wifi. Having daily breakfast included is always a bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful. You do need to appreciate being close to nature as the restaurant is outdoors. Our family of 4 (9 & 11 year old kids) would recommend Raingsey Bungalows.

Nice quiet place to stay in Kep. It is located just beginning of Kep National Park and you can easy to walk to crab market and the beach. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

Bungalows with creature comforts
The bungalows are very well equipped with everything you could need. It is remarkably quiet and relaxing with only a handful of bungalows on site and you have complete privacy. The staff are very welcoming and responsive. The breakfast is included in the price and is fabulous. I highly recommend and hope to return soon! Wonderful experience. Thank you!

Great stay
We loved the location of this hotel. The bungalows are very private as they are surrounded by vegetation. The pool area is beautiful. Our bungalow was well presented and very peaceful. The only small criticisms was that the toilet had a curtain and not a door and the shower was cold. However these were a small price to pay for such a great stay. I would recommend this hotel.

We booked 4 nights here after a busy week of touring Vietnam. What a beautiful Oasis and we loved Kep and the Raingsey Bungalows. Beatrice is so welcoming and goes the extra mile to make sure all tour bookings and activities go well. She had wonderful dinner recommendations and only uses good bus companies to leave Kep. The king beds are comfortable and clean rooms! The garden and grounds are so peaceful and lots of options for lounges with lads around the pool. The pool is very clean and well maintained.

After a busy holiday and touring in Vietnam it was so wonderful to come to this beautiful oasis in lovely Kep away from the crowds! We arrived early as we crossed from Vietnam early in the morning. The staff at Raingsey took our luggage, gave us a beautiful croissant and ice tea and we visited, got ideas of things to see and then we went for a walk until our room was ready. What a lovely room with comfy king bed. We lazed around the beautiful pool for the afternoon. We are retired mid 60’s and couldn’t be more pleased. Beatrice, the owner, is so welcoming and great recommendations for meals and excursions.

This is a fabulous small hotel. A beautiful wimming pool and chalet type bungalows with private terrace. Marie the owner was a great host and nothing was too much . trouble for her. A great and welcoming pool and garden area that created a great ambiance. Easy walking to the national park and to the crab market. Our taxi arranged by the hotel was good. Loved the breakfast selection that included cooked and French style pastries served in a separate area overlooking the pool. Lovely homely touches have been added throughout. Evening food was good. Staff and owners were helpful.

Wish I stayed longer
Very nice place I wished I had stayed more than one night. I love the location surrounded by the jungle. It feels very rural but it is a short walk to the market and restaurants. The room was simple but nice, the pool was awesome, breakfast was yummy, and the staff were very nice and helpful. I want to come back and stay longer! If you want to walk to town at night you'll need a flashlight or headlamp as it's a dark walk. Or you can just take just take a tuk tuk.

L’endroit est agréable mais malheureusement les équipements sont vétustes et fatigués. Le propriétaire ignore sa clientèle au point de ne pas lui adresser la parole. Heureusement il y a l’accueil de Jérôme qui donne de la bonne humeur à cette maison, qui est de bons conseils et d’une grande gentillesse.

En effet vous aviez l'air tres satisfait de votre sejour chez nous.Le proprietaire ne fait pas de relation client, uniquement de la maintenance, et il est parfois tellement pris par son travail qu'il en oublie les clients...ce n'est vraiment pas contre vous, mais nous pouvons comprendre votre remarque.Concernant les equipements, tout fonctionne mais certains sont en cours de remplacement en effet. Le COVID n'a evidemment pas aide a nos efforts constants de renovation... Bien a vous,

Très bien situé à 5 mn à pieds du marché aux crabes. En retrait dans un jardin tropical au calme. Très mignon à l'ambiance zen et reposante. Seul bémol la propreté qui est vraiment à améliorer. Cheveux qui bouchent l'évacuation de la douche, verres à dents plein de gouttes séchées et de poussière. Apporter une nette amélioration à la propreté rendrait l'endroit top !

Un petit coin de paradis
Très beau hôtel et très confortable pour se reposer au calme et être proche du marché au crabes c’est l’ideale! Bungalow individuel sans de vis à vis. La piscine est très bien pour quelques brasses et se détendre. C’est un dès meilleur hôtel que nous avons fait Merci!
